Agreement. By using Pros We Know (the "app"), operated by ZeroPilot Labs Inc., you agree to these terms.
The service. The app is a private address book for service providers, with optional sharing between connected users and optional business discovery powered by third-party data. The app is currently offered as a beta; features may change or be discontinued.
Your content. You own what you save. You grant us the limited license needed to store it and to show what you explicitly share to the connections you approve.
Acceptable use. Don't upload unlawful content, impersonate others, harvest data from the app, or attempt to access other users' private data.
Provider information. Trust statuses and experiences reflect users' personal opinions. Business details from third parties (e.g. Google) belong to their providers. We don't endorse or guarantee any provider — always use your own judgment when hiring.
No warranty. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroPilot Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of engagements with providers found through the app.
Termination. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
