Delete your account

You can delete your Pros We Know account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways, and both remove the same things.

In the app — immediate

Open Pros We Know, go to Settings → Your data → Delete account & all data, and confirm. This happens straight away and needs nothing from us.

By email — if you cannot open the app

Write to support@prosweknow.ca from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request is really yours before we act, and confirm to you once it is done — within 30 days, and normally the same week.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to you, permanently and with no way back:

• your account, name, email address and phone number
• every pro you saved, with their notes, photos and logged experiences
• your connections — and anything you shared stops being visible to them immediately
• the hashed contact records used to find people you know

What is not yours to delete

Our directory of businesses is public information gathered from open data and public licence registries. It is not personal data about you and is not affected. Anything a connection saved into their own list stays theirs, the same way your list stays yours.
